At CalmAir, we strive to deliver your products quickly, safely, and reliably.
 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Large or bulky items (such as HVAC units) may require freight shipping. You will be contacted if special arrangements are necessary.
     

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
 

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. CalmAir is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events beyond our control.
 

Shipping Charges
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For large items, shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and delivery requirements.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. CalmAir offers a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy on most products.
 

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Certain items — such as custom orders, special-order products, clearance items, or final-sale merchandise — may not be eligible for return.
     

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@mrcooldistributing.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Include your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once your return is approved, CalmAir will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

  4. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
     

Refunds

  • After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically process within 2–4 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the credit.

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a CalmAir error or a defective product.
     

Exchanges

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges depend on current inventory availability.

  • Once approved, CalmAir will guide you through the exchange process.
     

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact our team immediately with photos or video of the issue.

  • CalmAir will cover return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
