Returns:

• You may return unused, unopened units within 30 days of delivery.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

• Returned products must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

• A restocking fee (e.g. 10%) may apply for returned units, depending on the condition.

Warranty / Defective Items:

• If a unit is defective, we’ll work with MRCOOL’s warranty process. Parts covered under warranty will be replaced at no charge for parts, but the customer is responsible for labor, removal, and re-installation.

• To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a detailed description (photos or video help).

• Shipping is calculated at checkout when ordering online. 

• Product typically ship within 2 business days for in‑stock units.

• Units ship with all major components (indoor air handler + outdoor condenser + pre-charged line sets + remote + installation manual).
