The MRCOOL 5th Gen DIY 18K 2-Zone Mini Split Bundle gives you independent heating and cooling for two separate spaces using one outdoor condenser. This bundle pairs the 18,000 BTU multi-zone heat pump with two 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers, making it a great option for bedrooms, offices, additions, garages, or other areas where you want individual temperature control without traditional ductwork.
Designed around MRCOOL's DIY platform, the system uses pre-charged Quick Connect line sets to simplify installation without the specialized refrigerant tools normally required for conventional mini-split systems. This package includes two 16-foot line sets matched to the included indoor units.
The 5th Gen system delivers efficient year-round comfort with both 18,000 BTU cooling and heating capacity, a 23.9 SEER2 efficiency rating, DC inverter technology, smartphone control, Follow Me functionality, auto restart, and compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The outdoor unit is rated for coverage of up to 750 sq. ft. under ideal installation conditions.
