Discreet Comfort for Two Spaces. One Complete DIY System.
The MRCOOL 5th Gen DIY 27K 2-Zone Ceiling Cassette Bundle delivers independent heating and cooling to two separate spaces while keeping the indoor equipment discreetly mounted overhead. Instead of traditional wall-mounted air handlers, this package includes one 9,000 BTU and one 12,000 BTU MRCOOL OuttaSight ceiling cassette, making it an excellent option when you want powerful ductless comfort without giving up valuable wall space.
MRCOOL's OuttaSight one-way ceiling cassettes are designed to install flush between 16-inch ceiling joists, including pre-manufactured I-joists. The 9K cassette is designed for spaces up to approximately 400 sq. ft., while the 12K model is designed for spaces up to approximately 550 sq. ft., subject to actual room conditions and proper system sizing.
Like the rest of the MRCOOL DIY lineup, this system uses pre-charged Quick Connect line sets, helping simplify installation without conventional refrigerant charging and vacuuming equipment. This bundle includes two 25-foot line sets, one for each indoor cassette.
The included 5th Gen multi-zone condenser uses R-454B refrigerant, DC inverter technology, smartphone control, Follow Me functionality, auto restart, Gold Fin corrosion protection, and compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The condenser supports as many as four zones, while this particular bundle is configured as a complete two-zone 9K + 12K ceiling cassette system.
