The MRCOOL 5th Gen DIY 27K 3-Zone Mini Split Bundle gives you independent heating and cooling for three separate spaces from a single outdoor condenser. This complete package combines a high-efficiency MRCOOL multi-zone heat pump with three 9,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers, allowing each room or zone to maintain its own comfortable temperature without traditional ductwork.
It's an excellent solution for bedrooms, offices, additions, finished basements, garages, workshops, or other areas where you want individualized comfort while minimizing the number of outdoor units around your home.
Designed specifically around MRCOOL's DIY platform, the system uses pre-charged Quick Connect line sets to simplify installation without the specialized refrigerant equipment normally required for conventional mini-split installations. This package includes three 25-foot line sets, giving each included indoor unit its own connection to the outdoor condenser.
The 5th Gen 27K-class condenser delivers 26,000 BTU of rated cooling and heating capacity, up to 23.0 SEER2 efficiency, DC inverter technology, smartphone control, Follow Me functionality, auto restart, Gold Fin corrosion protection, and compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. MRCOOL rates the outdoor unit for up to 1,125 sq. ft. under ideal installation conditions.
